This week, I wanted to try a new chicken recipe instead of one that I have fairly often. My roommate had some left over lemons, and told me how to make a chicken recipe that she has made with lemon and oregano. I do not normally like lemon but I decided to try it. I squeezed some lemon juice onto the chicken, then added salt, pepper, and oregano. I then cooked it on the George Foreman grill. As a side, I wanted to make something with potato, so I made mashed potatoes. I boiled the potato in water for about 20 minutes, then mashed it up and added milk, butter, and salt. The chicken did not have too much lemon, which was nice, and I really like potatoes, so they were a very good side. I really enjoyed this meal.
