I strongly believe that teachers shape their students into who they will become. From the very beginning, we grow with them and help them succeed. Being a teacher is more than just teaching them the school curriculum; it is about being their role model and teaching them about life and what is right and wrong. Children all learn differently, and it is our job to help them find their own path and ways of succeeding, in whichever ways work best for them. We inspire them and teach them to be their own person and think for themselves to help them discover what they love. Teachers should also encourage their students to try and figure out problems on their own, without giving them all the answers, so they are able to explore and learn on their own. Students learn best when they are in a welcoming, supportive environment that makes them feel safe, comfortable, and included because the teacher shows that they care about helping them grow. I want to be all of this for my students to help provide them with a positive learning experience.
