A meal I made this week is something that I have made before, and I really like it. I do not make it too often, and it is also different than a lot of other food I make. I do not like eating vegetables, but this dish has some in it, and it is one of the only ways I will actually eat veggies. First, I make some rice, and while that is cooking, I cut up some chicken and cook it in a pan. Once the chicken is pretty much cooked, I add some frozen vegetables, such as corn, peas, carrot, and green beans, and then I add an egg. After I put some rice in a bowl, I add the chicken, veggies and egg on top, and then put some soy sauce over it all. This is a really tasty fried rice dish.
